Run on a treadmill
Start out at a comfortable pace. We gradually increase the speed every few minutes, building up to a hard effort.
Lactate testing
At each increase, we take a tiny drop of blood from your earlobe. It's a quick pinprick that most people barely notice. We do this roughly 5-10 times in total.
Get your results
You will get your full report within 72hrs. This will include insights about your personal lactate curve, training zones and clear guidance on how to use them to maximum effect.
The whole process takes about 45 minutes. You can train as normal afterwards.
