Kulture Training Club in Bristol

About this gym

Welcome to Kulture, a premium gym built on community. Train with expert coaches, join diverse classes, and connect with like-minded members in the heart of Bristol. This is more than a gym. It's a Kulture.

The resistance kit of a serious gym. The energy of a group workout. The recovery of a health club. The vibe of a coffee shop. The mindset of the modern athlete. Where other gyms make you choose, weights or classes, training or recovery, solo or social, we said no. Performance. Strength. Recovery. Lifestyle. All under one roof. No compromises. No shortcuts. Because this isn't just a gym. It's a space for people who get it. People who live it. People who want more, from their training, their community, and themselves. This is Kulture. And it finally feels like home.

Common questions

What should I bring?
Kit you'd train in, water, a small towel and remove earpiercings if possible.
How early should I arrive?
10 minutes before your slot is plenty.
Do I need to fast?
No but avoid carbohydrates (foods and drinks) in the 3hrs before the test, as these may skew data
Can I drink coffee beforehand?
Ideally avoid extra caffeine in the 3hrs before the test as this affects your heart rate. We match your heart rate data to lactate readings
How long does the test take?
Allow around 1 hour for any appointment. That covers your warm up, the test itself and the briefing.
What happens after the test?
You get a detailed report with your zones, thresholds and pacing. We personalise the report to your specific goals and explain how to use your data to maximum effect.
